Why You Should Give a Hoot about Skin Illustrator Products

I know you hear me raving about Skin Illustrator products, especially the glazing gels and Blue Marble Selr.  I rave about them because I want people to hear me!  These products are made to look and sit on the skin comfortably and naturally no matter your age.  Yes, these are Wise Owl Approved products which Olivia Sr. (my dear mum) also can't live without!

Skin Illustrator Glazing Gels ($16.50) are water based colors used by the SFX (special effects) artists, but that doesn't stop me!  Some colors can also be used as beauty products.  These colors are truly pure in color with no murkiness and absolute clarity for HD.  With these qualities in mind, the glazing gel is an excellent everyday beauty makeup because the color molds to the skin.  I know that sounds weird but it just doesn't look like some dry powdery makeup.

Take a look at Olivia Sr., here I used Skin Illustrator Glazing Gel Character 2.  This is a contour color that can be used anywhere on the skin, even the eyes.  You know how I mention how important taupe eyeshadow is to define, divide, and contour the eyes?  If you don't know click on the links, taupe or contouring the eyes makes a big difference.

The Difference

See the slight depth of color on the right side.  Contouring the eye also divides that area from the rest of the face.  In real life, this just aids to better eyeshadow application!

You can use a taupe powder eyeshadow but if you are of wise-owl status, they can look dry.  Also, creams are possible but sometimes they just don't look right.  Skin Illustrator Glazing Gel in Character 2, in my opinion, is the best looking natural contour of all time!!! Why?  Because it will never look like you are desperately trying to contour.  It creates the perfect skin tone shadow anywhere you have skin and it looks good in any lighting situation including the all natural sunlight.  This is the only product I use for everyday contouring!

Not only does the Skin Illustrator Glazing Gelslook natural on the skin, they really  even out the glow of the other eyeshadows or other makeup products used with it.

Why Glazing Gel Matters

Oh yes, before I forget, what really amplifies and seals all the colors on the eyes is Blue Marble Selr ($14).  Olivia Sr. loves this spray as much as I do because it doesn't feel like anything yet it seals makeup and leaves it in pristine and glowing condition.  No other cosmetic brand makeup sealant comes close!

Subtle & Defined

Check out the eyes!  The naturalness and the glow would not have been possible without Skin Illustrator products!
